Ruqaya AI pricing: simple plans, no contracts

Ruqaya AI plans are $39/month for 150 minutes, $79/month for 350 minutes and $129/month for 700 minutes. Extra minutes are optional at 20¢ each. Compared with hiring a human receptionist or a traditional answering service, a virtual receptionist that handles 24/7 call answering usually costs far less.

We add up the real talk time of every call to your receptionist, to the second. A typical call to a trade business lasts about 2 to 3 minutes, which is why 150 minutes is roughly 60 calls. Your dashboard shows minutes used and left at any time.

You choose when you sign up. If you turn on extra minutes, your receptionist keeps working normally and each extra minute is 20¢, added to your next bill. If you leave it off, it keeps answering but only takes short messages until your minutes reset – no surprise charges. We email you at 80% and 100%.

No. Minutes reset on the same day each month.

Yes. There is no contract. Cancel from your dashboard (Plan & billing) and your receptionist keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for.

Yes. If you are a new customer and not happy, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund your first month in full. See our refund policy for details.

Setup is free for our first 3 customers. After that it is a one-time $99, shown before you pay. If we cannot get your receptionist live, the setup fee is refunded.

Yes. Ask from your dashboard and we move you within one business day. Paddle, our payment provider, adjusts the price for the days left in your month.

Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record. Your card details go straight to Paddle; we never see them. Sales tax may be added at checkout depending on where you are.

Yes. You get a new local number for your receptionist, and you can forward your existing number to it when you are busy or after hours (your phone company shows you how, usually a short code).

Yes. Every Ruqaya AI plan answers calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends and holidays, in your business name.

Yes. On every plan, Ruqaya AI asks your screening questions, captures the caller's name, callback number, address, what they need and how urgent it is, and emails you the details.

Not yet. Today Ruqaya AI takes appointment requests: it offers your appointment windows, records the time the caller wants, and your team confirms it. Real-time calendar booking is coming soon.

Yes. On every plan you get an email after every call with a summary, the caller's details and a call-back button.

Yes. Every plan includes a private dashboard with each call's recording and full transcript. Callers are told the call may be recorded.

No. Ruqaya AI does not connect to CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Jobber today. Call details arrive by email and in your dashboard.

Yes. Your call script is built from your answers at signup: services, prices you allow, FAQs, screening questions, booking windows and transfer rules. You can edit these settings in your dashboard. Pro adds a monthly call review and script tune-up.

No. Ruqaya AI is a fully AI service with no human receptionists. On the Growth and Pro plans, urgent calls can be transferred live to your own phone, with an optional backup number.

English is fully supported. Spanish is in beta: you can turn it on, and the receptionist switches to Spanish when the caller speaks Spanish.

No. Ruqaya AI does not send SMS to callers today. You receive call details by email.
